Irritating little problem

I have an app that seems to be running OK.

It is a Leave Management System.

When a user logs in, there is a initialization process that recalcs all the users accrued leave up to the current date based on that user's Leave Assignments.

When I view the AwareIM Server Output I see two lines of error....

Unable to find RegularUserLeaveAssignment.LeaveTypeNameSC in aggregate operation SUM
Unable to find RegularUserLeaveAssignment.LeaveTypeNameSC in aggregate operation SUM

There are a number of places that is Attribute is used in a SUM operation.

Looking at the logs it is not evident which process is actually causing the error.

Can anyone suggest a way to ascertain from the server output which process a log record is generated from.

I suspect it is just missing a 'This' or 'That' but do not want to change them all as obviously the others are not a problem.

What would be really great is a step by step debugger.

Is RegularUserLeaveAssignment.LeaveTypeNameSC a shortcut?

I think SUM only calculates the totals actual attributes.

Check that you don't have a a shortcut in one of your rules containing SUM

The SUM is on an actual attribute.

The RegularUserLeaveAssignment.LeaveTypeNameSC is in the WHERE

eg.

SUM RegularUserLeaveAssignment.Days WHERE (Event.LeaveTypeNameSC=RegularUserLeaveAssignment.LeaveTypeNameSC)

In your process, have you found (FIND) the Event object first?

eg.

FIND Event WHERE Event.LeaveTypeNameSC='myLeaveTypeName' TAKE BEST 1

SUM RegularUserLeaveAssignment.Days WHERE (ThisEvent.LeaveTypeNameSC=RegularUserLeaveAssignment.LeaveTypeNameSC)

If Event.LeaveTypeNameSC is a shortcut, maybe use the reference object instead.

eg.
FIND Event WHERE Event.LeaveType.Name='myLeaveTypeName' TAKE BEST 1
