Loosing Icons and some Document Templates

Hello,

Recently I have been working with over 10 different AwareIm Servers. 5.5 and UP.

They are working fine. no problem. But recently when I placed 3 new servers I setup a BSV file that it tested and working fine.

After I make some updates in the new servers I get some error like "That a Document Template cannot be found" And the template is there.

Also, ALL of the icons that use, dissapper from the app.

Could anyone give me some advise on this?

Have you tried to re-publish the BSV?

Yes, I have tryed to publish several times, but no fix.

I find out that the folder where the Icons are updated every version, will not update to the latest version.

C:\AwareIM\Tomcat\webapps\AwareIM\TEMP_RESOURCES

With the document templates I just have to delete it and copy one from a previous version and will work. But the Icons just wont show up.

The missing documents happened to me as well. It occurs randomly during import/export of the bsv. You have to copy/paste from previous versions.

Yes, It is so strange. I bring the BSV from another server and works fine for a while. I even make modifications, and publish them. After a while it fails.

I have been doing this for a while but just recently had this issue.
