Address combination

Hey guys,

I have a few address attributes which I combine using a rule. When I combine them, if any are undefined, it shows up as Unit 7, Something Street, , Columbia. Because my Rule is basically Client.FullAddress = Client.UnitNumber + ', ' + Client.StreetName + ', ' + Client.Town + ', ' + Client.State or whatever.

How could I exclude the undefined elements? So that instead of , , it just goes Street, State and skips the Town.

EXCEPT I can't get it to work. Not sure why not.

Should it be an amendment to the Client.FullPostal rule or a new rule?

REPLACE_PATTERN (', , ',', ') returns a syntax error about the initial (

Also tried REPLACE_PATTERN (Client.FullPostal,', , ',', ')

Another error which popped up once was a warning to use ` instead of ' in strings.

I'm not sure if my comma craziness is messing things up or what.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this isn't working?

Should it run in the rule? Every time I try it gives me syntax errors.

I basically need the Client.FullPhysical have the , , removed and replaced with ,

Leave initial RULE as is (Non Dynamic):
Client.FullAddress = Client.UnitNumber + ', ' + Client.StreetName + ', ' + Client.Town + ', ' + Client.State

Create a second rule (Non Dynamic):
If Client.FullAddress IS DEFINED Then Client.FullAddress=REPLACE_PATTERN(Client.FullAddress,',,',',')
