Does anyone know how often this attempts to get resent, or even better how you can kick off a resend?

I have 4 mails sitting in there, all the data is correct and the connection to mail server is now fine, it's been a few hours and they haven't resent, how can you force them to resend?

Don't you have a Query showing unsent emails ? If so just change the state to "Sent" or fire-up a process creating an OutboundEmail.

No, I mean in the /AwareIM/UNSENT_MAIL folder which is used to store emails that fail to get sent by Aware.

They are supposed to be resent every 10 min. If this is not happening check the output of the Aware IM server for any clues. There is no way to force them to be resent (other than, obviously, cleaning up this folder and sending them again)
