Dual subreports

I know someone else had this issue but I can't find the post now 🙁

In a report can you have two subreport columns alongside one another? What I mean by that is, if I have a subreport with 20 entries, can I split my subreport so that rather than extending down the page I save space by having 10 entries alongside one another?

I tried but it just duplicated the entries on both sides, leaving me with 40 entries. I guess it would need some way of distinguishing between the two rather than just having them duplicated.

Any ideas?

Can't say with any certainty but I doubt it. The report engine (like most report engines) is oriented by horizontal bands. I've worked with report engines that can produce serpentine columns (which may or may not be what you are after), but I don't see anything remotely similar in AwareIM.

Thanks, I read your other reply first. We just have a very specific style for our report and it's hard to get it close.

I guess I just have to push forward...
