Failures from the Control Panel

As noted in my previous post, the web demos, which are available from AwareIM.com via Try>Sample applications, fail.

So I started up my evaluation copy of AwareIM and started the configuration tool. Then I clicked the HELP button at the top of the control panel.

I clicked on [Case study] expecting an Adobe document. After ten minutes, no Adobe document. Why not?

I clicked on [Quick tour]. Again dead, nothing happens.

I clicked on [Sample applications] and selected Document management.
Even before a login screen was presented, I got the error message
Invalid credentials or access denied. Please try again.

I click [OK] and got a log in screen which I entered the following values
User: admin
Password: password

Again the same error message: Invalid credential or access denied. Please try again.

Any idea of what might be the cause of so many problems?

Sounds like they have a server issue. I get the same issues. Aware is based in Australia, so they generally get in afternoon our time. I am sure they will sort it quickly once they are in.
