If I had a set of Tasks (appointment objects) with a Task.Status ('Active' or 'Completed') how would I set it to generate a new Task as soon as all of the Tasks are marked 'Completed'? This is simple enough with only 1 Task to pick from but how would you get it to check all Tasks?
Basically, the rationale is that we want to keep our consultants on their toes. No client will ever be without a task, even if it's just to follow up and say hi.
So, Client.Task gets changed to 'Completed', guessing we run a process maybe once a day that checks all Clients, finds Clients that have no Tasks in progress then adds a new Task to each of the Clients with a generic subject like 'Follow Up' or whatever.
I feel like I'm on the cusp with this one but just not getting the full idea.
