Hi all,
In my app a RagularUser has a peer reference with multiple instances in 5-6 BOs. I currently mark the use as inactive and exclude inactive users from relevant queries. I have always intended to go back and allow users to be deleted. No is the time and I have a a few questions on clearing out data associated with a deleted RegularUser.
is it acceptable create a process to FIND instances of a BO group matching a certain criteria then use that to delete the various matching BO instances across multiple Bo's or should I do a Find/Delete for each BO?
Several BO's in question are Parent records, so when a 'Owner of' reference is deleted are the 'Owned by' automatically deleted or do they get orphaned?
Is it preferable to use Clean vs. Delete in this instance to just wipe the data with no regard to applying further rules
Any other suggestions or pointer?
Thanks.
