object design question - Objects not fully related

I have objects:

Employee
Skill
EmployeeSkill (Employee and Skill intersection)
Project
ProjectEmployee (Project and Employee Intersection)

When I assign Employes to a project through the ProjectEmployeeS attribute in Project, that works great. However, I would also like to see their skills WITHOUT creating a separate ProjectEmployeeSkill object. I realize if I created that, I can show their skills within a specific project. But that would mean that I would have to duplicate EmployeeSkill entries for each new project.

Is there a way to make EmployeeSkillS an attribute of ProjectEmployee, such that when I view ProjectEmployee, I see their skills as a table of items?

I tried this, but the filter is not working (substitute [Vendor] for [Employee] in my objects definition in this post). At runtime, the filter cannot find ProjectVendorResource, although that is where I click edit from in it's table of items.

Unfortunately I cannot ad a process that adds these as actual records, because seem Aware IM does not have an object iterator construct (or at least I cannot find one)
