Very simple question

How can I get the details of a form to display when a user logs in?

For instance, I have a RegularUser form that the admin uses to make the user (LoginName, Password) and then once the user logs in, they should be able to fill out their details firstly (NewEmployee form, set to Create) then edit them at any point (EmployeeDetails form, set to Edit)

BUT when the employee logs in and clicks Edit Details, it brings up the blank form again and you have to resubmit the entire form. What is the best way to show the forms details?

I tried a query that displayed the staff members but it showed the other staff members as well, and even though I made their details uneditable, its not the best idea to have their personal details visible to everyone.

So I guess, just a query that shows the current logged in staff member would be great but I can't get it to work.

Write a process with a single rule in it:

VIEW LoggedInSystemUser

Then run this process when the appropriate visual perspective starts up (Command radio button and then Start Process command)

My brain was liquid when I attempted that one and I just wasn't getting it.

I'm testing it now but it's doing that thing where it hangs when I try to test it so once it kicks in, I'll see what happens.

OK, that kinda worked. Let me explain my process.

1) Admin creates a RegularUser (access level: StaffMember)
2) StaffMember logs in and fills out form of personal details.
3) StaffMember need to be able to edit this form but not anyone elses.

How can I get it to display my StaffMember Employee Details form? When I click the Edit details button I made it takes me to the blank form.

If I do a search for staff members, it shows everyone's form with edit button when I only want it to show the currently logged in user.

I tried displaying by form and it give me an unresolved error. I know this should be simple but I've been stuck for days!

1/ Admin creates the StaffMember
---> put 2 attributes like :

Createdby = LoggedInSystemUser
If New Staff.Editableby=Staff.LoginName

2/ Staff logs in and fills out his part
Make a Rule like = If LoggedInSystemUser.Loginame<>Staff.Editable NO EDIT

Just an idea to put you in the right direction.
