Hi Guys
Does anyone know if there is a way to turn of the case sensitive search function as this is causing us quite a bit of head ache. When often get complaints from our users that they cannot find what they are looking for and 99% of the time it is because the filters are case sensitive and as such does not pick up their exact search.
It would be great to have the filters work like outlook. I.e. to just search for content and not look at the case of the letters.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts.
