Refesh Problem

I have a BO, lets call it TOTAL which I display the records of on the screen of the user...dashboard style.

I have another Appointment type BO called Event. When the user Creates or modifies and Event a Rule in the Event BO calls a Process (called UpdateTotal)
to recalculate the totals in TOTAL.

Once the UpdateTotal Process is finished, I want the Query on the screen to refresh with the new totals.

In the Auto Refresh of the Query I select the Process UpdateTotal.

However, the query on the screen does not refresh.

Is there any known issue here or something obvious that I am doing wrong?

I find that in certain cases I also need to select the BO name as a refresh criteria in addition to the process.

Yes. I tried that.

Did you use Event / TOTAL or both?

Ttied every combination of TOTAL, Event and Process and for some weird reason it now works just on Event.

Did not earlier.

Go Figure! :?
