I have an Approval Object, which has an ApprovalNotes (1=>M) attribute presented as a table of items.
In the Presentation for ApprovalNotes attribute of the Approval object , I have defined a Delete operation. In the Operation edit, you can define Applicability, to set a condition for which the operation will be displayed or not. That is great. I was hoping to use that to guard a Delete operation against users that did not actually create the ApprovalNote.
However, if you try to specify a reference to another object (other than the main object, in my case the Approval parent), you get an error message stating that you cannot use a reference in an Applicability condition.
I see this as a shortcoming, as this would be a great spot to apply business rule conditions on displaying the delete operation within a table of items.
