You will only see a process running if it is a long process or if a process is stuck in a loop or something. Your processes are lighting quick because they are small. I think this is just a de-bugging feature for the developer.
But some kind of progress bar on processes would be a good feature, as opposed to "...executing." I don't think that is possible
