Making changes to multiple instances of an object

Good Day,

I'm trying to create a process that updates the age of a student every month:

BO=Students
Attribute=StudentAge

I tried Find Students then Students.StudentAge=Age(Students.DOB). This works partially but it brings up display that requires you to select the Student(s). I need this to happen automatically.

FIND ALL Students IN BATCHES OF 1
Students.Age=Age(ThisStudents.DOB)

Put a rule in the BO

Students.StudentAge=AGE(Students.DOB) You can set the rule to trigger in initialisation - that way, whenever you call up an individual student, it will update the age automatically.

Then for your auto process it will simply be

FIND ALL Students
UPDATE Students

On the General tab of your process, do you have Students in the "Process Input" "For this process"?
If so, remove it. It is not needed there since you are finding the Student records within the process.
