Bar charts do not seem to display the way they should. It seems that they set the zero line to the lowest value in the set. I don't see any configuration params that can adjust this. I don't see anything addressing this in the 5.6 changelog either.
In this chart, the values are 3,2,0 - looks normal.
In this chart, the values are 3,2,1. Why has the zero line become 1? Looks like zero to the eye and is not a conventional presentation.
In this chart, the values are 3,3,3. That's just wrong.
