v5.6 Using filters in function LIST_TABLE_START?

Is it possible to use filters within the LIST_TABLE_START function?

Note: Used within HTML document type. Reference (multi) attribute.

Thhese 2 functions work:
<<LIST_TABLE_START('FIND Product WHERE (Product IN Organisation.Products)')>>

<<LIST_TABLE_START(Organisation.Products)>>

How to filter by Product.Type for example?

Doesn't Work:
<<LIST_TABLE_START('FIND Product WHERE (Product IN Organisation.Products AND Product.Type='Solid')')>>

Found a few old LIST_TABLE posts but nothing I tried worked.

Any ideas?

Have you tried either " (double quotes) or ` (the character on the same key as ~) around Solid?

Filtering achieved through using a query instead of a ref object.

Works
<<LIST_TABLE_START('Query_Solid_Products_Only')>>

Hello,

Tried to use Query in LIST_TABLE_START, the document opens, but no data is filled in it.
The query is defined well / the data is displayed if I open the query trough a process.

How can I use the fields from the query inside word's table?

If I use like bellow, no data is displayed:

<<LIST_TABLE_START('Query')>>
<<Query.Field1>> | <<Query.Field2>> | <<Query.Field3>> <<LIST_TABLE_STOP>>

Anyone could help on this?

I think you have to use it together with a table.

In a HTML document:
<< replaces <<
>> replaces >>

Example

<table>

<thead>
<tr>
<th>Date</th>
<th>Code</th>
<th>Product</th>
<th">Rate</th>
<th>Total</th>
</tr>
</thead>

<tbody>

<tr>
<td><<LIST_TABLE_START('myQueryName')>> <<Object.Date>></td>

<td><<Object.Total>> <<LIST_TABLE_END()>></td>

LIST_TABLE_START is within first table column and LIST_TABLE_START within last.
AwareIM automatically inserts extra rows as required.

Yes,
My <<LIST_TABLE_START(Query)>> is in first column (but this column in first row is spanning to entire columns like in image bellow).

In this manner nothing is displayed in word document.

Maybe I don't use the "Object." correctly . This is the object on which query is build on. Am I right?

Table headings need to be horizontal. Create a table with 2 row and 5 columns.

1st row, place a heading under each column.

2nd row, first column with LIST_TABLE_START;
last column with LIST_TABLE_END

Also Support told me that using query name is not ok.

Using WHERE did not work for me (see previous replies), hence, the use of query.

Make sure you enclose the query name with an apostrophe <<LIST_TABLE_START('QueryName')>>

It works well for me in a HTML document I already use. Having an issue with creating and saving new MsWord documents at the moment so I can't test it.

Just tested this using a MsWord document and the document was created fine and table was populated with query results.

All works great for me. Hope you get it working.

You and AW Support are great.
Support Team suggested the error. I don't know yet is my mistake or MS Word or other else.

The problem was in apostrophe. When you edit/create a MS word document the apostrophe is not the same if you type it directly in word or you paste it from a text editor. A simple apostrophe made big problems 🙂.

So this is solved.
