RLJB Using the Standard > Export feature doesn't export Shortcuts - would be great if it could. I note that in the "Export Selected Attributes" list the shortcuts are there and you can select them BUT they don't appear in the CSV.

aware_support Version 5.6 will include the whole new module dedicated specifically to CSV import and export. You will be able to specify templates for your CSV mapping. I believe it will be possible to map shortcuts as well.
