We have started using monitoring software on our production servers, it's very good stuff, for example we have alerts by SMS and email when processes fail on the server.
One issue is that Aware names it's processes "java" - which is not very descriptive, and it has the same name for JBoss, Tomcat, Aware Server and the Config tool. So the process list has "Java" 4 times.
It would help if the processes were called something meaningful like "AwareIMJBoss" or "AwareIM" or "AwareIMConfig" etc.
This would mean we can have more meaningful rules and notifications.
