This is a serious project, so we need a very professional programmers.
Previous works with (Aware IM) is very important.
Software requirement:
1- Server [Web hosting we already had]:
Create questionnaire with ability to make any kind of questions, change font, colors, Start, end etc.
Sections, categories, sub categories for questionnaire.
Create reports for any time duration with statistics & charts, Custom reports with ability to print in A4, A2 etc
Ability to import old surveys from Ms.Excel, also export as well.
Integration with Google Maps, for example: we have many camps, i need to select specific camp in order to create report or view results.
Create permissions for field workers to know who send the questionnaire, when and from witch camp.
The server receive questionnaires from filed workers in their camps, every field worker have a mobile device [Tablet PC], so the second part of the software would be installed in each device.
2- Mobile device:
- Software installed in every device as stand alone platform.
- Software update the questionnaire from the server. no ability to create the questionnaire in the mobile devices.
- user name and password needed as the server will tell us who send the survey, when and from witch camp.
- if there is no internet connection the software will save the answered questionnaire until it can detect an internet connection.
