I have a small issue, I would like to purchase a license to AwareIM but to do this I need to make a proof of concept before the middle of December, and I will try to create a small application to do this. If anyone can help me with this it would be great.
We will of course pay for this help if invoiced and after discussions.
Here are a small description of what we need:
We want to build a web application for end users to make food reservation to our company restaurant.
The end user need to identify themselves with a special username that we call SG-id. This is a unique id for each employee. No password is needed.
If the user don’t have an account in the application they should be able to create one.
The following information should then be provided:
SG-id (text)
Employee number (number)
First name (text)
Last Name (text)
E-mail (e-mail text)
Type of account: User
Then they should be able to place reservation for wich food they would like to have today but also the following days if they want to.
If the time is 8.30 or more the current day it should NOT be possible to make a reservation that day.
They should also be able to login and look at their reservations that are active in the future and change or delete them.
It should also be possible for an end user to setup a subscription to their mail with a report showing all active reservations in a list, if they want to have that.
In the backend, the restaurant personnel should be able to login and create a summary list of todays orders and if possible they should have a website (panel) where they can use a touch screen to mark on each person that have been fetching their food. This will make this reservation inactive.
They should also be able to get a report with a summary of all food devided by category, for example this many food A, this many food B etc for sending as a request to the place where the food is prepared. Maybe this could be an automatic report that will be sent in a mail to a specific address at a preferred time every day?
Account for restaurant personnel will be manually handled by a administrator.
