not sure if but here is an example, how we understand it.
example: your process is to "find" select an object and then do something with that single piece of data.
so in your action process you refer to the selected data as ThisBO
example: you have a BO called Cars and one called Customers
your process is to get something from Cars and place into Customers (insert) so firstly you Find the Car data and insert into ThisCustomers
INSERT ThisCars IN ThisCustomers.Car
This example BO "Customers" has a referring attribute to Cars called Car
