RTL Layout not supported bu Aware IM ...

Hello.
Definitely we are going to order Aware IM, because it save our time and time = money, but the main problem now is RTL layout for the whole interface, it's not supported by Aware IM.
Unfortunately most clients here [Our Country] refuse software created from left to right because the main language here is Arabic [RTL].
Yes Aware IM Support Arabic but never support RTL, so the system interface look so ugly.

Is there is any trick help me design in RTL?
Is Aware Software company plan to add RTL support in the near future or not? if the answer is Yes, then When [Approximately]?

We definitely intend to support RTL in the nearest future - maybe in the next release.

There is a partial workaround that will, at least, let your users enter field values from right to left. This workaround involves using direction property of the CSS style. You can assign this property to all input controls if you modify the CSS file used by Aware IM - AwareIM/Tomcat/webapps/AwareIM/aware_ext/resources/css/blue.css

Or you can add this property to individual attributes on a form if you use "Style" property of the attribute's presentation.

i was on sencha web page and the RTL support was not on the road map anymore, so i Emailed them and this is what they said :

Ext JS does now support RTL

Aware IM 5.6 is released, unfortunately nothing about RTL support. very disappointed 🙁

Aware 5.6 uses ExtJS 4.1.x. ExtJS did not start supporting RTL until 4.2. In my experience the aware team has been pretty quick to adopt platform upgrades, so maybe some news will be coming soon for you.

Version 5.7 has been released. Nothing about RTL Support 🙁

Our apologies. We did want to port to Sencha 4.2 but in the end it proved to be too much work. We intend to do this for the next release.

Ok, I decide to edit CSS to fix RTL problem because i can not wait another 6 months but I have some troubles. When i change the field lable from English to Arabic the characters appear like this ???? ????????? ??

Forget to mention that i tried to change the character encoding from the browser view options, unfortunately all the same, just question marks!!

Check some of my old posts, we had this problem when using a Chinese character language, we fixed it, I can't remember how, font related perhaps, probably a few posts about it

Make sure that whichever files you use are saved using UTF-8 encoding.
