where to download update

Hi,

Last year I ordered an update for 3 licences. I did the update for two of those, but one had some delay.

Now I want to update this license too, but when I login to my account, I see the 3 licenses, but I do not see a download button.

How and where can I download my upgrade??

Btw, I'm talking about a runtime license. I the MyAccount section of the Aware site I see 3 licenses (two runtimes and one Dev. Edition).

At the Deve. Ed. there is a button 'Update', but I do not see such a button at the two Runtimes.

So, the question is: where to download the Runtime License so I can update a 5.1 runtime to the 5.2 ?
