Problem in Testing (I am a Newby)

I seem to run into this problem quite a bit lately.

Each time I press the "test" icon, my system just gets hung and then crash.
Then when I do get through the test initiation and into the web testing, after entering the business object, user and password, the screen would say "loading please wait"... then nothing ever happens. It just stays there.

I don't know if this is a server problem. I am running a mac with powerful hardware configuration so it can't be the computer.

Please help anyone. What could be causing these?

Please check the output of the servers, especially the Aware IM server. This output can be seen if you click on the View button next to the Aware IM server entry in the Aware IM Control Panel.

It is possible that you server has gone down for whatever reason, or that the system is running out of memory (memory must be allocated for each component individually - default values may not be enough)

Are you using Firefox ? If yes try with Safari...

Thank you guys for helping. I did the changes on the server as recommended, and also stopped using Firefox for testing. Both did the wonders.

It seems Firefox is not conducive to testing, so I am not using Safari.

You can use Firefox for testing in a Mac but you may have to do this :

Firefox for Mac appears to be a bit buggy still and it does not seem to recognize the compressed version of our Javascript file. As a workaround you can do the following:

1) Rename the file AwareIM.app/Contents/Resources/Java/Tomcat/webapps/AwareIM/aware_ext/aware.js to aware_min.js
2) Rename the file AwareIM.app/Contents/Resources/Java/Tomcat/webapps/AwareIM/aware_ext/aware_full.js to aware.js
3) Refresh the browser
