Hi,
Within a process, I have several rules design to populate a BO from which I can make a report. Within the context of the current BO, I have several Yes/No attributes. A child BO contains explanations of the Yes responses.
So if the BO attribute is Yes, I want to look up the explanation and include it in the reporting BO for reporting. Each rule looks like this...
If ThisPHS.EJR_4='Yes' Then
FIND ExplainEmploymentJobRelated WHERE ExplainEmploymentJobRelated.PHS.ID=ThisPHS.ID AND ExplainEmploymentJobRelated.Question='EJR-4'
CREATE PHSEvaluation WITH PHSEvaluation.PHS=ThisPHS,PHSEvaluation.InvestigativeArea='Employment',PHSEvaluation.Item='Has quit without giving proper notice',PHSEvaluation.SortOrder=3, PHSEvaluation.Remark=ExplainEmploymentJobRelated.Explanation
Next Rule...
If ThisPHS.EJR_5='Yes' Then
FIND ExplainEmploymentJobRelated WHERE ExplainEmploymentJobRelated.PHS.ID=ThisPHS.ID AND ExplainEmploymentJobRelated.Question='EJR-5'
CREATE PHSEvaluation WITH PHSEvaluation.PHS=ThisPHS,PHSEvaluation.InvestigativeArea='Employment',PHSEvaluation.Item='Has resigned in lieu, of termination',PHSEvaluation.SortOrder=3, PHSEvaluation.Remark=ExplainEmploymentJobRelated.Explanation
And so on...
The result is that the item found and placed in the last attribute of the BO PHSEvaluation.Remark just keeps repeating the same thing as if nothing new was found.
I tried using This and That prefixes in various ways but did not overcome the problem. Can anybody steer me to a resolution?
Many thanks
