Create Document

We have a "Create Document" control on a form. There are a few users that are complaining that the document never displays. They get a blank web page with "about:blank" in the address line. The control produces a .pdf that shows up for view and printing for all the other users.

Is there some Windows setting or browser setting preventing it? They say they have the Adobe reader plugged in and pop-ups are not blocked for the site. There access levels definitely permit the document.

I found out today that "about:blank" is a bit of malware that hijacks a browser and either redirects or allows an entry.

Not a Windows setting. Evidently it's very difficult to remove and just may be a bit left over from a removed bit of malware.
