I have a process which calls another process which calls another process.
In total, the whole process takes about half an hour to run, although
I suspect the two called processes don't run for more than a few seconds each before completion and fallback to the called process.
I tried telling the first process that if it took more than 10 seconds to complete, run in background. But it never does.
How can I get the whole thing to run in background until completion.
