Help with Error

I have one user who consistently gets this error:

Exception thrown java.lang.Exception ActionType parameter is not specified in the URL request

I can't reproduce it on any of my test PCs so I can't check logs. Only 1 users reports getting this error and it isn't after any particular action.

Can anyone give me a hint at what to look at?

Have you tried to use the error console in the browser on the clients machine to see if there are any clues as to whats causing the problem.

Sometimes you can pick up valuable clues here , like badly formed data resulting from an incompatibility. Maybe the customer is accessing a particular record or drop down which has an issue dealing with a type of character of same nature
