LIST_TABLE now available in emails

Just noticed that in build 1539, LIST_TABLE is now available to use in emails. This will be handy!

User Guide section on LIST_TABLE:

Prints out a list of business objects as a table where each row represents a single list member. A list may be specified as an attribute or as a query string. Only specified attributes of each list member are printed out.

Hi Tom, do you have a sample you wouldn't mind sharing? I am playing with this and feel like I am making a/some basic errors. Ideally what I would like to do i send users their List of Goals on a Weekly bais to help keep them focused and remind them to keep the data updated. So:

A. Can list be used for a any list of bo instances, or does it only work for child/references?

 For example - can I do something like 

 1. FIND Goals Where (...) 
 2 SEND Summary To LoggedInRegularUser

 Then send an email like

 <<LIST_TABLE(Goals'','Attribute1','Attribute2','etc.')>>

B. If List does not work for the above, is there another way to send someone a simple list of BO instances which match

C. I think I should be able with do do something like

 1. FIND Goals Where (Goals.ID=123) 
 2 SEND GoalsDetail To LoggedInRegularUser

 With and email like

 For the Goal <<Goals.Attribute1>>, please provide an update.

 The Items Due are as follows
 <<LIST_TABLE(Goals.Reference,'','RefAttribute1','RefAttribute2','etc.')>>

If anyone has some working samples in email I would love to see them. I keep either getting a blank email and/or a java error.

Still looking for a way to do item B above but got the rest figured out and thought I thought I would add these samples.

Seems like a no brainier to allow the results of a query to be slammed into a a document with a list type function, especially when you can do it for the references already. Would allow me to pretty much entirely side step the report writer.

Using a query works as well. You can specify all the attributes, sort order etc..

FIND Goals Where (Goals.ID=123)
