Attention MAC users: Setting memory for the Aware IM Server

This one is for all Aware IM users on a Mac.

Setting memory for the Aware IM server in a usual way does not work on a Mac. You shouldn't use the Settings button on the Aware IM Control Panel to do this.

You need to do this instead:

1) Open the file AwareIM.app/Contents/Info.plist (Show Package Contents for the AwareIM application and then go inside the Contents folder to find this file)
This should start the appropriate editor for this file. The editor should show a tree
2) In this editor go to Root/Java/VMOptions and change the -Xmx96m setting to something bigger for example -Xmx512m
3) Save the file
4) Restart Aware IM

Good to mention it, I was fighting without success with these settings and often have a "java heap space" error.

I made the changes you suggested, but it ended up maxing out my server's CPU usage which then slowed down my server (and my user's connection).

Once I changed it back to what it was, the server was back to normal CPU usage.

Support, on v 5.7 and previous Mac users had to edit the Info.plist file at each upgrades/installs. Can you please fix this or add a warning somewhere for new users ? Thanks
