Data-driven Forms question

Hi,

I'm building a diagnostic application that works in a similar way to a configurable questionnaire or survey. In its simplest form:

One can enter the questions on the back-end and
Users are then presented with the list of questions created with Yes/No or multiple choice check-boxes against them.
Completed questionnaires drive the diagnosis and can be reviewed and refined later.

I've done something similar within Access.

Can anyone advise me on how to do this within AwareIM?

You can have a Question object with the following attributes:

1) QuestionText
2) QuestionChoices (with choices)
3) SingleChoice (yes, no)
4) CorrectAnswer

You will also need the QuestionAnswer object with the following attributes:
1) Reference to the corresponding Question object
2) Answer

This object will have two forms - the first will show the text of the question and a single choice (yes, no) - this is if the SingleChoice flag is yes. The second form will show a choice list of possible answers as checkbox list

The admin. will just populate the instances of this Question object.

Then you need a process that would find all relevant instances of the Question object and for each Question create a QuestionAnswer and display the appropriate form - one by one.

I'll digest and give this one a go - it seems exactly what I'm looking for - although, to be honest, my immediate thought was that it wasn't!

I guess I just need to design the dynamic query that accesses the question object and I'm done!
