5.3 DocTemplate directory in DataBase

I believe it is a great idea to place the DocTemplate directory in the database.

On our existing system we have a TON of different sub directories numbered with the DocTemplate directory and I'm assuming maybe incorrectly so they are for different versions of the BSV.

QUESTION: Will AwareIM remove all these unnecessary sub-folders and files before storing the most recent version in the database or do we need to do some house cleaning of the sub-directories BEFORE upgrading to keep the database clean?

Aware IM will continue to work with the existing DocTemplates directory if you do not make any changes to your BSV. However, once you make any change to the BSV Aware IM will copy all the info from the DocTemplates directory to the database. After this the directory is no longer needed. Aware IM will still use it in operation - but only as a temporary directory. It will temporarily put some files in there (the files will be recreated if they are deleted, so you can delete the directory at any time)

I found tha tthe report design files have been save under DocTemplates. If this folder being delete, when go back to the Report Design, it prompte unable to find the file...

It is possible to save all the Report Design file on the database rather than separate folder.
