Evaluation version: Anything to know?

Hi Folks,

I would like to upgrade the evaluation version I'm running on Windows from 5.2 to 5.3. Is there anything I need to know or do to make sure that it goes swimmingly?

I don't need to transfer any trial projects across.

Unless I hear otherwise, my process will be:

Create a System Restore Point.
Uninstall Aware IM 5.2 (using the Aware IM Uninstaller)
Install Aware IM 5.3.

Alternatives would be to install the new version:

On top of the old one (saving the uninstall process).
Alongside the old one.

Any advice?

Hi Gary,
Any of your options will work.

I usually install right over top of the existing installation. No need to uninstall.

You can also install to a new folder if you want to be able access both versions.
