Hi Have have this form when I want to Filter the list of Boats in a drop down.

When the use selected a Charter Start and End date I want the Filter to only show Boats available outside of the Range.
When a Boat is Not Available for Booking eg (been Repair or On Charter) I want to exclude that Boat from the List
If a Charter is Deleted or Cancel I want to be able to remove that Boat from the Exclusion, That boat should not be excluded from the List when it is deleted.

This is my filter can you help or is there any suggestion to implement this?

One thing I do when having a problem with a formula that is this complex .. remove pieces of it. As you break it down into components, you can then narrow down the offending part.

thanks, I found the problem. I had my COUNT section incorrect I did not include Charter Status in the Count
