Anyone found a way to get the top menu bar centre aligned?

And set the top menu bar to a specific width (say 1000 pix)?

Anyone know what "Runs across entire screen does"? (I cant get it to change anything)

Would be great to have menu items in the middle of the menu bar as it would match the "centre aligned forms" and new resize functionality.

Partial answer. Run across entire screen means if you are using left or right sections, the menu will run across these sections rather than being constrained to the main section.
