Just to clarify even further ( well it was Sunday and supposed to be a day of rest ha h!!!!)
You are probably trying to do something like
FIND someobject where someattribute = something
PICK FROM.......
Wherea you only need to replace the original FIND with PICK FROM and it will work. The problem however is that PICK FROM someobject where someattribute = something .- Gives you no control over what appears
In the query list - or what order things appear in. So the best method to employ is to first create your query as a query, complete with list layout, sort orders and groups - exactly as you would any other query,
And then USE THAT QUERY withing a process hence
PICK FROM "SomeQuery"
This line will a) present the list to the user and b) wait for them to do something. As soon as the user clicks OK the process will continue to the next line which is the action you want to apply to the selected item.
To apply the process rules to more than one item, simply replace PICK FROM with PICK ONE OR MORE FROM
Hope this helps
