I was wondering if you'd come across this scenario before in Aware. I'd like to generate a Word based contract document on the fly from within Aware, where it fills in certain fields based on a record. Easy. Now here's the part I was wondering about...is there a way for the system, upon printing the document out, also save a copy of it to a location on the server, AND then also create a history link in the client record that links back to that same document (the link would be like a table under the client record saying Documents, and underneath would be any documents that had been created for the client? Then also...do you know if at the same time that I print the document to a printer, is there a way to also have it generate a PDF of that document and also store that on a server?
