Report Design Error

Good day everyone..

4 hours ago, I have spend my time to design 10 reports and I have tested on my live datbase, everything is ok.

Now I enter the AwareIM System and want to call back the report:

It prompt me "Error reading teample file from AwareIM Server - Unable to find design of the document Invoice Product"

I when to the publish database, I still can retrieve the report out.

Why now I can access the design? How to get back the report design?

Where is the folder to keep all the Document Template Report? How to I call back those report have error?

Please advice...Support...

I have used one of the report which able to view the Design Template..

i click to export out the file. i browse the folder called "Report" and click ok., I found the file name is "D20_InvoiceFree.rdd"

In order for me to test to ensure the file export correct and can be import back if anything happen..

Now I click Import, browse back the directory, the windows show nothing for me to select which file I want to import at all?

What is the Import for?

Where is the location those file being design keep?
