Hi,
I have a query which shows all outstanding items on a "to do" list. I have written three Operations which may be applied to these. These are "Mark as no longer required", "Mark as awaiting client input", and "Do these tomorrow".
The idea is that as appropriate the user can highlight a task and then click on button 1 9Operation "Not required" or 2 (Operation "Awaiting Client"). When that's done the assumption is that all remaining task should be marked "Do these tomorrow". My question is this:
How do I get the operation on that third button to execute for each remaining item without the user having to tick them all. I don't think this is to do with the "DEFAULT" keyword is it?
The operation warns me i must select an item if I choose nothing which I wish to override - I want this to the final step.
On a very similar note, how can I create a cancel button that simply abandons the current task? My query only shows the buttons that I've written operations for so I guess I'll have to write one but I'll come across this same problem of the user having to click a target before the operation will run?
