Trim Extra Space

Hi Good day..

Is there a function all trim to trim the extra space...

e.g. "ABC" -> User Enter this way.. so I can check whether any record with ABC...

I want to change the "ABC" to "ABC" so that I can perform the check of duplicate....

What function should I use to do that...
