Problem updating to 5.1

Hi,

I am trying to update an existing AwareIM installation.

When I run the setup, Aware asks me to install it over the existing installation wich is fine.
After that the installation process starts. Then an error occurs 'Cannot run wrapper.exe', then I click ingnore, then I get the same problem for the wrapper.dll and a lot other dll's in the Java SDK.

What can cause this??

This can happen if these files are already used by the operating system on the target machine, so they can be overwritted by the installation program. This can happen if you have Aware IM running on the target machine. Make sure that Aware IM is not running as a server and reboot the machine to clear any file locks.

I had this a while ago. If you are using windows OS, first stop and then uninstall the jboss tomcat and awareim services (There's an uninstallservices.bat file in the bin directory

Everything should be fine then to do your install

re install and then restart the services afterwards

I found the problem, I forgot to stop the Jboss service.
I works now.
