Help with COUNT in Report

Hi all

I have a report that is Grouping by a BO.ref

BO1 - Enquiry
BO2 - Source

eg: BO Enquiry that I am Grouping by Enquiry.mySource

I want to count how much row in each Group and add it to Each Group Footer. Please help

How should I construct the rule to count the number of items in each Group?

I want to add this in the Sub Summary of my Report/Document.

similar to the same way you add a SUM at the bottom of a Group.

Can I just add some like <<COUNT....>> ?

Not near my server at the moment - but there is a setting somewhere on one of the tabs. You just have to click the button next to where it says (something like) only records in the report. Otherwise it will count the entire BO

I found it.

this is my steps:

<<COUNT BO>>
Right Click the element that contain my rule above > Properties > at the bottom of the text Tab I choose Evaluation Details
Check the box "Expression will iterate object in Report Only.
Choose "At the end of Group:" specify group name.
