Problem with PICK ONE OR MORE

I have a process like this:

PICK ONE OR MORE FROM QueryCustomers // to select several customers

ENTER NEW MailTemplate // to create an entry form to type the mailmessage I want to send

CREATE MailMessage WITH ..... // to create a Mailnotification

Send MailMessage TO Customers // to send the notification to the customers picked in the query

My problem is that Aware now sends an email to ALL Customers instead of the customers picked in the QueryCustomers

Why?

Ahh, I found the problem.

The 3 query's fill the temp table.

After that I run a query on the temp table, thinking that this sets the temp table in the right context, but the reords are added to the context.

I've put the fill of the temp table in another context and it works fine now.

Glad you found it.

Just a couple of small things.

Why not make the temp table a non persisting BO - that way you wouldn't have to delete it at the start each time.

second, if you create your email notification with embedded tags in the attribute design such as

BO attribute Algemeenbericht.subject would have a tag <<MailSjabloon.Subject>>

then you could lose the whole section below and just use SEND (because AwareIM would automatically do the create for you)

Hi Rocketman,

Yes you are right, thats a better way.
But there is a problem with Non persisted BO's when you query them in another context. This is an known problem so I have to work this way.

For the tags: this is a better way indeed.
