Run at the background

How to run the process at the background after save the form...
The Saving Form will go off immediately and the process keep on run until finish...
Now the Save Form not go off (show tthe processing bar 2 times.) until the whole process compeleted....

In the BO Rule...I wrote...

NOT(BO IS NEW) AND
Product.ID IS DEFINED
RunProcess1

The last check box for each process is "If process takes longer than ____ seconds, run process in the background". Not 100% sure if this applies to your scenario.

Yes. I check the box..

A big message prompt.. my client want me not to show this message to operation staffs because they want make things easy for the operation staff.. Click Save and Go... that it... the process run behind the screen which unknow to the operations..

How do I not show the Big box of message? thanks..

I read the Forums. I found that the Process at the background can run when the user login to the system.

In the VP Menu, Under General, Run background process .... I tick the box and select the process I want to run as I have test. The process run auto, that cool...

First:
Assume my BO Record has 1000 records, does it process run for 1000 records and stop as complete the job or continous run and run as long the user login?

Second:
This VP Menu is login more than 10 operation users.
Does it means the SAME process will run for each of the user? Does it menas the SAME Process run for 10 times with the same rules on the Server? Does it take up the Memory due to hug database as the database grow in the future?

Please advice...

It continues to run whilst the user is logged in and each user will have their own version running. if you only want it to run once then you need to put a flag into the process to not do anything after the first run.
