Proper way for changing admin password

Whevener I create a new business space, the admin password defaults to 'password'. But when I try to change using Config Tool + change password, I keep getting an error about access denied. What am I doing wrong?

The password in the config tool is used for accessing the config tool. It is also used as the default password for each new business space for the default admin user in test mode, but not in live or published mode where it is hard coded initially to 'password'. If you want to change the password for the business space in live mode, you need to do it from within the business space, not the config tool.
