The issue of multiple selection came up in a couple of support requests lately. To clarify Aware IM uses the following rules:
1) When a user selects multiple records and runs a process for the multiple selection Aware IM puts ALL of the selected records into the context and runs the process ONLY ONCE.
2) When you call a process from the rules of another process the second process is run MULTIPLE times - once per every instance of the parameter object in the context.
I know that it's not symmetric and ideally Aware IM should have an explicit way of managing this. However, the above rules work well in most practical situations
