AwareIM runs on a VM running XP. I use this instance to build and test, then I deploy to the production server. So there's no critical data here - all test.
I left the whole system up and running while I was out all day yesterday. When I cam back to things, I could no longer log on when testing. Upon examination, every database table was EMPTY!
I restored from a Navicat backup and everything seems to go well except for the Domains table, when Navicat error log reports MYSql Has Gone Away.
If I try to put AwareIM into test mode, I get an error:
Exception changing status of the business space version Aware IM server encountered the following error. Error reading business space version from persistence Illegal operation on empty result set.
I'll probably have to restore the whole MV but I would appreciate any thoughts as to:
1: What may have caused this...
- Why Navicat could not restore it.
