Climbing the learning curve - passwords

I am just getting going here but I would like to allow new users to modify their login names and passwords. In the Ordering sample, the 'my details' form has a field for both of these attributes. The password attribute is named 'password'. However, when I try to duplicate this functionality, I am prevented from doing so because it warns me that password is reserved for System Use. Has something changed since the sample was created or am I missing something?

You are not supposed to create "Password" attribute yourself - the system will do it for you.

There is a business object called "RegularUser" that represents a user of the system. You can use this object. Alternatively you can create your own object to represent a user. If you do this make sure that you add this object to the SystemUsers business object group. When you do this Aware IM will automatically add the "Password" attribute (and a few others).
