displaying of unrelated data

In my application the user is able to enter warnings into a BO. This BO contains 2 attributes 'date' and 'warning'. Currently I have a process attached to a link on several forms that displays these warnings based on the current BO's date.
So far it works but the user needs to click on a link to see these (maybe critical) warnings. What I'd like to achieve is the ability to display these warnings directly on the forms.
The difficulty for me is that I don't know how to display something that isn't related to the currently active BO except that the date is the same.

The easiest way is to simply display the 'warning' attribute on the form. As far as I understand the text of this warning would be different (or no text at all) depending on the value of the 'date' attribute. What you can do here is to add a scheduled process to your configuration. The process will run daily to find all objects that need the warning message changed based on the 'date' value, and then change the 'warning' attribute. This would be a simple process consisting of two rules.
